This is a lavish horror omnibus of three 'unrelated' stories [loosely tied together by a mysterious wind-chime] from award-winning Filipino director Adolfo Borinaga Alix Jr. The three tales are: 1. KUMSENTO [Convent], 2. BAHAY [House] and 3. HOTEL. In the first, a group of nuns at a remote convent are terrorized by a demonic creature after one of the sisters is slaughtered in an empty hallway. This one stars pop TV superstar Beauty Gonzalez in a career-bending role and best actress nominee Elizabeth Oropesa. The second entry is a thinly-veiled coming-of-age allegory about a monster that preys on uncircumcised boys. And the third story deals with a girl named Amor (Kim Chiu) who tries to survive [what appears to be] a zombie attack. The film won the prize at Metro Manila Film Festival in the Philippines, 2021.
