Su Li's film opens as five violent convicts manage to escape from a prison where they have been incarcerated after being convicted of murder. Their goal is vengeance against Chaozhou police chief Chiang, the man who was responsible for their capture three years prior. Fearlessly, they capture and brutally kill Chiang and his wife. Daughter Feng (played by Liu Hsia-Hui) manages to escape the slaughter and organizes her own vengeance mission against the five men. With the help of a martial arts fighter named Chuan (popular action star Philip Ko), she tracks down the escaped convicts and kills them one by one.
